What should I write in the subject line?
Use “Application for [Job Title] – [Full Name]”, replacing the brackets with the exact opening and your name. If the posting includes a job ID, include that too.
Where can I find current openings?
This page provides our recruitment contact details; it is not a list of current vacancies. Check the original job posting for the role requirements and use its job title when emailing us. You can also follow Hastree on LinkedIn for updates.
Does opening the email link submit my application?
No. The link prepares a draft in your email app. Replace the placeholders, attach your resume, and send the email yourself. If you use webmail, compose an email to resume@hastree.com using the guidance above.
What should I leave out of my application?
Keep your application focused on your professional background. Do not include passwords, bank details, or identity documents such as Aadhaar or PAN with your initial resume email.
