The client wanted more online visibility for their coding classes, especially for parents in Malaysia and Singapore. They wanted website audit to be done by our experts so that all issues were fixed and client could leverage the necessary traction in terms of enhanced online visibility and better credibility. The client wanted more enrolment for their coding classes by kids so that they can have a better return on investment.

PROJECT CHALLENGES
We looked at all social media channels of the client including YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram and shared the issues with the client that were noticed by our SMO experts. We shared our strategy with the client and duly incorporated their suggestions. The client agreed to our suggestions as we provided them solutions to the problems that were hindering their social media presence. The strategy was developed with a defined timeline to ensure that all components were incorporated at the right stage as and when required. The main goals and target audience for the client’s social media accounts were identified and the tactics were worked out.
THE ENDEAVOR
We worked on expanding the client’s social media channels with an aim to bring newly interested visitors to the client’s website. Resources were allocated to effectively manage their social media campaigns and online reputation. We worked on social bookmarking on Reddit, Mixx, Twitter, Digg, Delicious and other channels. We created the technical code to enable the desired SMO services for the client.
We worked on creating brand awareness and generating new leads to efficiently draw the attention of prospective customers. We worked to ensure social goals solved challenges and focused on networks that add value. We used different integrated tools and varied social media marketing strategies that ensure productive results.
